Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignments.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
