Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Role involves comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts and identifying issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio mismatches. You will write concise explanations in English, ensuring clear justification for each rating.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication for evaluation feedback.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to replay and zoom in on media.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when multiple flaws exist.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries including the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
