Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from remote locations. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to make clear decisions when multiple options present flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational style.
• Strong attention to detail; patience to replay, zoom in, and inspect outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
