Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate prompts for image, video, and audio quality, write concise explanations, and help improve AI systems. This flexible, remote role pays hourly and offers access to leading LLMs. Open to applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to articulate rationale clearly when both options have flaws.
• Eligible from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what was seen or heard.
