Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. This is a fully remote, flexible-hours opportunity with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and clear phrasing.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Able to explain decisions in writing when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to follow prompts.
• Write concise explanations in English describing issues observed.
