Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare media against prompts, and write clear explanations of any issues detected.

Ideal candidates have strong written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and may hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with pay and incentives varying by project scope.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or misalignment, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what you saw or heard and why it mattered.
