Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail and the ability to assess realism and prompt adherence. Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Remote work offers flexible hours and access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
