Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. Work remotely and on your own schedule, with pay up to $15/hour.

We will evaluate outputs for naturalness and accuracy, identify issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio mismatch, and provide concise explanations in writing. This is a freelance 1099 opportunity with flexible hours and weekly payment options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific explanation in English.
