Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
Capable of clear decision making when both options have flaws.
Eligible to work in Australia, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatches.
Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
