Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home or while traveling. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs for prompt adherence, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

You'll contribute to improving AI systems by providing precise feedback and escalating quality issues. This role offers flexible hours and weekly payments, with free access to top LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text or audio misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
