Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score each interaction, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain decisions clearly in writing.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing concise explanations in English describing what you observed and why.
• Reviewing image/video tasks and providing objective, evidence-based feedback.
