Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank naturalness and usefulness, and compare image and video outputs to judge which follows the prompt better.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule. At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to review outputs closely.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to work remotely with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking how natural and useful each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing specific explanations in English outlining what was heard or seen.
