Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank naturalness and adherence, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. This remote, flexible role respects your schedule while contributing to frontier AI evaluation.

Contributors earn hourly rates with potential incentives and weekly payments, and gain free access to leading LLMs. Remote work and global participation are supported, including the US.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
