Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated images and videos to assess adherence to the prompt, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write an English explanation detailing what was seen or heard and why it mattered.
