Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Your insights help improve how AI systems reason and respond.

Work on your own schedule, with fully remote participation and flexible hours. Earn up to $15 USD per hour, with additional incentives and weekly payments on the Outlier platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each voice sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
