Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what sounded off while evaluating image and video outputs remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options both have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like artifacts or mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard for each task.
