Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Work from home, flexible hours, and earnings up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments. You’ll help improve AI systems by describing errors and providing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
