Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all from home and on your schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio against prompts, providing written explanations, and helping advance AI evaluation systems. Remote work with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flicker, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing specific English explanations that point to observations.
