Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off, all remotely on your schedule. Your work helps shape AI that performs better in the real world.

Earn up to $18 per hour as a freelance contractor. Rates vary by expertise and project needs. Payments are issued weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for clear written and spoken communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural, useful, and clear each one sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-visual mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
