Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to remotely review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Your work helps improve AI systems and is compensated weekly with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and capable of producing concise explanations. This is a 1099 contract-style opportunity with payments weekly and optional incentives based on performance

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in/replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation of what you observed.
