Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely on a flexible schedule. Your work helps improve AI systems and shape real-world performance.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity with weekly payments and access to top language models. You’ll review diverse media tasks, rate outputs on adherence, quality and realism, and provide English

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain your reasoning clearly.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred but not required depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging how well they follow prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
