Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to rate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong written English, and a meticulous eye for detail. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours and global accessibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or mismatches, and describing issues in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and providing English explanations.
