Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds, while explaining what looked off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image/video pairs for prompt adherence, writing precise explanations, and rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism. Flexible hours, remote work, and access to leading LLMs are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot problems.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like uncanny motion, misalignment, or artifacts.
• Write concise explanations in English describing what you observed.
