Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, helping improve AI systems in real-world scenarios.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour with weekly payments and incentives. Work from home or while traveling, with 100% remote participation and ongoing access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent ability to explain observations in writing.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet during realistic scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Experience writing short reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn\'t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
