Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible-hour setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your insights help shape AI systems. This remote role offers earnings up to $18 per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like artifacts or mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write a written explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
