Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing.

Flexible hours, fully remote, and earnings vary by project. Contributors work on a freelance, 1099 basis across multiple countries including the United States, with weekly payments and access to leading language models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written explanations in English.
• Evaluate images and videos, label captions, and assess voice evaluations as part of common tasks.
