Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule. Earn up to $15/hr with additional incentives and weekly payments.

Role focuses on evaluating AI outputs, identifying issues such as distorted visuals or mismatched audio, and providing written explanations. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with global eligibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
• Common tasks include image evaluations, video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations.
