Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off or inconsistent, helping improve AI systems in real-world contexts.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, keen attention to detail, and are comfortable making clear, evidence-based judgments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and clear reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to identify issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking how natural and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio and video.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
