You will enable founders, marketers, agencies, and growth teams to use Moby confidently, translating goals into practical AI-driven workflows across paid media, measurement, and growth planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing with ecommerce focus.
• Ability to translate client goals into actionable Moby-like workflows.
• Comfort in a remote customer-facing activation role.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer activation for Moby, identifying first value-use cases.
• Translate customer goals into practical workflows across paid media, measurement, and growth planning.
• Enable customer operators to use Moby in day-to-day work across marketing functions.
• Coach customers to evaluate recommendations and turn AI outputs into decisions.
• Be prescriptive during onboarding: diagnose opportunities and build trust in Moby.
• Maintain strategic relationships to expand use cases over time.
• Identify repeatable activation patterns and create playbooks for the team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to relay customer feedback.
