Job summary

itD is seeking a Technical Marketing Program Coordinator to drive AI initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring operational excellence across technical marketing programs. This remote role prefers East Coast hours, with a 6-month duration and direct W2 employment only.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end AI project delivery, gathering requirements, maintaining project plans, and creating technical documentation (markdown).

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating technical projects or programs within technology, product, or marketing organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional project delivery across technical and business teams.
• Technical fluency with AI concepts, agent-based solutions, data pipelines, and system integrations sufficient to communicate requirements and coordinate delivery.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and tracking deliverables.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, including structured content and markdown files.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination and delivery of strategic AI initiatives, managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, documenting, and communicating project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation to provide clear visibility into project progress, risks, and action items.
• Define and manage content and data requirements needed to support AI-powered solutions, ensuring deliverables are complete, validated, and delivered on schedule.
• Create, organize, and maintain technical documentation and structured content, including markdown documentation and project resources.
• Facilitate governance activities by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies early, proactively developing mitigation plans to keep initiatives moving forward.
