Triple Whale Inc. is hiring for a customer-facing activation role focused on performance marketing and practical AI fluency.

You will help customers turn Moby into a trusted part of their day-to-day operations, enabling founders, marketers, agencies, and growth teams to use Moby confidently and effectively. The role is remote with a strong preference for West Coast-based candidates, requiring consistent Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in media buying, growth marketing, ecommerce marketing, or agency strategy.
• Experience managing millions of dollars in paid media spend across ecommerce accounts.
• Familiarity with platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Strong metrics knowledge: CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, retention, and payback.
• Practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and comfort with founders/marketers.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer activation for Moby, identifying first use cases to create value.
• Translate customer goals into practical Moby workflows.
• Enable customer operators to use Moby across paid media, measurement, creative, and growth planning.
• Coach customers to evaluate AI recommendations and turn outputs into decisions.
• Be prescriptive during onboarding: diagnose opportunities and build trust in Moby.
• Maintain strategic relationships and drive adoption of new Moby use cases.
• Identify repeatable activation patterns and build playbooks.
• Partner with product/design/engineering to incorporate feedback.
