Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail and strong written communication. Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus, and applicants from multiple countries are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or misaligned audio.
• Writing a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
