Outlier is seeking contributors to shape the future of autonomous OpenClaw agents. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible scheduling.

You’ll work on real AI projects, building scalable backend components and coordinating multi-step agent workflows in live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with proven ability to deliver production-grade software and clear feedback on system behavior.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience integrating agents with live tools and memory/session tracking.
