Qualifications

Design and build complete AI solutions focusing on agent architecture and context design.
Manage AI platform environments including agent deployment and access controls.

Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the AI solution stack.
Extend platform capabilities through integration frameworks.
Design automated workflows optimizing orchestration patterns.
Support program champions in AI adoption within their organizations.
Create documentation that empowers team members.
Identify AI opportunities across Proofpoint's Services teams.
Evaluate developments in the AI landscape for better team performance.
Monitor AI solution performance and identify improvement opportunities.
