Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Rates vary by expertise, and the role includes free access to leading LLMs and potential incentives. You must be authorized to work in your country of residence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Decisive when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output on adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images for the same prompt.
• Video evaluations: rank AI-generated videos against a text prompt or edited clips.
• Video caption labeling: write precise captions starting from an AI draft and correcting it.
• Audio and voice evaluations: rate naturalness, pronunciation and how well it matches a target voice.
