Job summary

Rad AI is seeking a Technical Support Operations Manager to architect and optimize the support platform, bridging support, platform engineering, and product teams to ensure high availability for enterprise healthcare deployments.

You will lead a 2–4 person team and own automation pipelines, incident response, and telemetry to drive rapid incident resolution and robust platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing highly technical support teams in a SaaS or healthtech environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain end-to-end support operations infrastructure and integrations (Zendesk, Linear, Monday.com, BetterStack).
• Design automated incident response pipelines with real-time SLA telemetry.
• Lead LLM-driven automation to reduce triage latency and enrich context before engineering review.
• Serve as final escalation tier for high-severity incidents and craft runbooks.
• Build dashboards and perform RCA to improve platform reliability.
