Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Health Policy & Management – AI Content Specialist who will work remotely as a contractor.

The role leverages MPH expertise to shape how AI interprets epidemiology, health equity, biostatistics, and policy for public health information at scale. You will design health scenarios, author ground-truth responses, audit AI outputs for accuracy and bias, and refine AI reasoning to improve interpretation of health risks across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree.
• Have strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
• Can translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written information.
• Bring a high level of precision when evaluating statistical significance, citations, and the logic of health interventions.
• No prior AI experience required — your public health expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Design Complex Health Scenarios — Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to rigorously test AI understanding.
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, evidence-based responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from authoritative sources like the CDC and WHO.
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify gaps, misinformation, and flawed reasoning.
• Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and respond appropriately to diverse populations.
