Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Population Health Informaticist (AI Training) to join our remote, hourly-contract team. You'll apply health data expertise to evaluate and shape AI systems aimed at population health impact.

Responsibilities include analyzing datasets, assessing AI outputs for accuracy, designing dashboards and pipelines, and translating findings into actionable feedback for model improvements. Flexible 10–40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare or population-level datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking with data visualization & reporting skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on data accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate population-level health datasets to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for intervention.
• Assess AI-generated health insights and outputs for accuracy, relevance, and real-world applicability.
• Design and review dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and decision-making.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance.
• Contribute to data quality evaluation and annotation workflows within population health contexts.
