Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to help build an AI‑driven enterprise B2B product. You will own features end-to-end across UI, API/GraphQL, backend, and containerized services, orchestrating multiple AI agents and ensuring quality and security.

You will mentor junior engineers and share the harness you build with the team. Requires 4+ years of full‑stack production depth in Java and ReactJS, experience with CI/CD, and familiarity with containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering with production depth in Java and ReactJS.
• Own features end-to-end across UI, API/GraphQL, backend, and containerized services.
• Mentor junior engineers and share the harness you build back with the team.

Responsibilities

• Build the harness — tools, context, rules, and closed loops that let AI agents do work and verify output.
• Orchestrate multiple agents in parallel across all layers and ship enterprise-grade features end-to-end.
• Mentor and reviews — lead by example and elevate the team.
