Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, React, cloud-native development, and enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, or modern AI APIs.
• Advanced experience with AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Strong architectural judgment, ownership, and product mindset.
• Experience mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and driving technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade features across Java, React, APIs, cloud services, and AI-powered workflows.
• Build AI engineering systems that automate software development, testing, code reviews, and delivery.
• Lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and raise engineering quality across the team.
• Partner with product leadership to rapidly turn ideas into production features.
• Continuously improve engineering velocity through AI, automation, and reusable workflows.
