Bidgely is hiring an AI Transformation Catalyst to work across three tracks—Product Marketing, Sales & Growth Strategy, and New Products Market Introduction. You will own defined workstreams, turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses, and build AI-enabled workflows while collaborating with senior leaders to drive measurable outcomes. Location: Virtual/remote in U.S.

time zones. Salary range $130,000–$160,000 base, with bonus, stock options, and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• MBA from a leading business school is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical thinking and hands-on AI capability.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses and deliverables.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and repeatable processes with coaching.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate value into business outcomes.
