Location: Virtual/remote in U.S. time zones. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base, plus bonus and stock options.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a defined workstream or problem with hands-on coaching and regular review.

• Build and test AI tools, automations, and repeatable workflows.
• Check the accuracy and usefulness of AI outputs, identify limitations, and apply human judgment.
