Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a Sr. iOS Engineer to design, build, and optimize iOS apps for buyers and sellers. You will lead architectural decisions, modernize legacy code, and collaborate across Product, Design, Android, and backend teams while integrating AI tools into daily workflows.

Applicants should have 5+ years of iOS experience, strong Swift/SwiftUI skills, and experience with MVVM, SPM, and TestFlight deployments. Remote-first, US-based role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience, building production mobile apps.
• Strong Swift knowledge; hands-on SwiftUI; comfortable with UIKit/Storyboard in legacy code.
• Experience with MVVM, modular apps, SPM, shared libs, dependency injection, and navigation coordination.
• Practical experience with unit, UI, and snapshot testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and App Store releases.
• Familiarity with networking, concurrency, performance optimization, feature flags, analytics, crash reporting, and authentication technologies like OpenID Connect.
• AI-first mindset: daily use of AI development tools and automated test generation.
• Ownership and leadership: mentor engineers and drive feature ownership end-to-end.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred: UIKit-to-SwiftUI migrations; marketplace/e-commerce experience; cross-platform testing.
• Employment eligibility: US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship high-quality iOS features for buyers and sellers using SwiftUI, while supporting UIKit/Storyboard components.
• Drive iOS architecture, modernize legacy apps, and maintain shared libraries.
• Develop cross-cutting capabilities: authentication, feature flags, analytics, crash reporting, and navigation patterns.
• Strengthen testing practices and manage TestFlight/App Store releases with automated workflows.
• Integrate AI-powered tooling into daily development, validating outputs before implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Android, backend, and platform teams for cross-platform consistency.
• Mentor intermediate engineers and own features from design to production.
