Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work-from-home with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18 USD per hour, with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs. This role helps shape how AI systems reason and improve in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay and zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
