Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

Your work helps shape AI systems by providing precise, written explanations of errors and discrepancies. Contributors review outputs for realism, adherence, and quality, receiving weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, conversational situations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
