Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Work from home or while you travel, with flexible hours and up to $15 USD/hr. Contributors participate in a rapid feedback loop, rating outputs and identifying issues like distorted motion, misaligned audio, or text errors, helping improve AI systems used in real-world

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience explaining or reviewing content in written form.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
