Outlier is hiring for an English-speaking reviewer to assess AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to observe closely.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, or misalignment (audio vs video).
• Provide written explanations detailing what was observed and why.
• Rank outputs by adherence, quality, and realism.
