Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and write explanations of what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your schedule.

We offer paid opportunities with flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs. This is a 1099 contract role, suitable for remote workers worldwide, including the United States and other eligible countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like artifacts, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write English explanations pointing to observed issues.
