Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

This is a freelance, 1099-style opportunity with payments weekly in USD and earnings potential around $15/hr, depending on expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational style.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
