Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media and score exchanges with live conversations in English. You’ll compare AI outputs to prompts, spot issues, and provide written explanations from home on your own schedule.

Full remote work with flexible hours. The opportunity is a 1099 contract; compensation is hourly and paid weekly. Applicants from multiple countries can participate, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Good attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking responses.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos for fidelity to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Writing English explanations describing observed issues.
